Shipping and returns policy
Shipping Policy:
- Polykart will deliver the orders to the registered address provided by the customers within two working days after the order confirmation.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery location.
- If the product is not available in the warehouse, the estimated delivery date will be notified via email.
- Polykart will not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by unavoidable circumstances like strikes, natural calamities, etc.
Returns & Refund Policy:
- Polykart will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by Polykart.
- Shipping charges for the returned products will be borne by the customer.
- In case of manufacturing defects or damages during transit, customers must notify Polykart within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the product is found to be damaged or defective, a replacement or refund will be initiated by Polykart.
- Polykart reserves the right to reject a return request in case the product is found to be tampered with, used, or not in its original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be made to the same account from where the payment was made.
- Polykart’s decision regarding the return and refund of products will be final and binding.
